1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WiseCloq, an Android application developed and operated by Marius Mocanu, an individual developer ("we", "us", "WiseCloq"). By downloading, installing, or using WiseCloq, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
These Terms work alongside our End User License Agreement, which governs your license to use the app's software, and our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles information. Where this document and the EULA both address the same subject (for example, warranties and liability), both apply, and neither reduces the protections the other gives us.
2. What WiseCloq is
WiseCloq is a personal productivity tool for people who do shift-based, unit-counted field work — for example, parking or clamping enforcement — to log their own daily activity, generate personal shift reports, and calculate unofficial estimates of hours-based pay and unit-based bonuses, using rates and formulas that you configure in the app's settings. All of this happens locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.
WiseCloq also includes QR Check, an optional tool for scanning a QR code at an APCOA car park gate to look up an audit code. Using it involves a network request to APCOA's own servers and, if you grant the relevant permissions, your device's camera and location — see our Privacy Policy (section 4) for exactly what that involves.

WiseCloq is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not created, operated, endorsed, sponsored by, or in any way affiliated with any employer. Any resemblance between the app's built-in calculation options and a real employer's bonus scheme reflects formulas that a user has chosen to configure for their own personal convenience — it is not an official statement, tool, or determination of any employer, and should never be treated as one. Any company or product name a user's own configuration may happen to resemble is the trademark of its respective owner, and WiseCloq claims no sponsorship or endorsement from it.
4. Eligibility
WiseCloq is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults capable of entering into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children, and it is designed around adult employment contexts (shift work, hourly pay, workplace bonus schemes).
5. Accuracy disclaimer
Every number WiseCloq shows you — hours, unit counts, bonus tiers, pay totals — is an unofficial estimate, calculated from data and settings you provide, using formulas that may contain bugs, may be configured incorrectly, or may not exactly match your employer's actual policy (which can change without notice to us). WiseCloq is a personal convenience tool, not a payroll system, and not a source of financial, tax, or legal advice.
Always verify any figure WiseCloq produces against your employer's official pay records before relying on it — for a pay dispute, a tax filing, a loan application, or any other purpose. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the app's output.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use WiseCloq only for lawful purposes, and not to:
- Use it in a way that infringes any third party's rights, including your employer's confidentiality, trade secret, or intellectual property rights over its own internal policies or documents;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app beyond what our EULA permits;
- Use it to store or process personal data belonging to other people without a proper basis for doing so; or
- Misrepresent WiseCloq's outputs as an official communication, record, or determination from any employer.
7. Your content
You remain responsible for everything you type into WiseCloq, including free-text remarks. Please don't enter sensitive information about yourself or about other people that you don't have a good reason to keep — see our Privacy Policy for more on this.
8. Availability & changes to the app
WiseCloq is distributed through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's own terms and availability. We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue any feature of the app, or the app as a whole, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you for doing so.
9. Intellectual property & privacy
The app and all associated intellectual property are owned by Marius Mocanu, as detailed in our EULA. How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. Both documents form part of the agreement between you and us alongside these Terms.
10. Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability
WiseCloq is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marius Mocanu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on any estimate, calculation, or report the app produces — including any discrepancy between an app estimate and your actual pay. Our full disclaimer and liability terms are set out in our EULA (sections 6–7), which apply equally under these Terms. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be limited under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using WiseCloq at any time by uninstalling it. We may limit or discontinue the app as described in section 8. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the app, and sections that by their nature should survive (accuracy disclaimer, acceptable use, IP, liability, governing law) continue to apply after you stop using it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if the app's features or data practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and reflect material changes in the app's Google Play listing. Continuing to use WiseCloq after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that guarantees you mandatory consumer protections regardless of a governing-law clause, those protections continue to apply. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@wisecloq.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, our EULA, and our Privacy Policy together make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding WiseCloq.
